Dear Workshop Participants,
Thank you very much for your interest in the Santa Cruz High-resolution Galaxy Simulation Comparison Project. You are receiving this email because you either are coming to the project's Starting Workshop (Aug. 17-19, 2012) or have expressed your interest to participate in the project. This mailing list will be used as a principal way of communication during the workshop and months to come.
(Please note: If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options, please use the link at the bottom to do so. Unless you inform us otherwise or unsubscribe from the list until *after* the Starting Workshop, you may be asked to contribute to the collaborative effort as a collaboration member.)

PRELIMINARY WORKSHOP PROGRAM:
The Starting Workshop will be Aug. 17-19, 2012 (Fri-Sun). The detailed scientific program of the meeting is not yet finalized; however, a preliminary plan is available in the above webpage. While the official session of the Workshop ends on Aug. 19, we welcome anybody to stay to work till Aug. 20 (Mon) and will provide a conference room as well.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
If you plan to come to the Workshop but have not registered yet, please let us know ASAP. We may consider broadcasting the meeting via EVO (evo.caltech.edu), so if you are interested in remote participation please also let us know. Keep an eye on the project website for updated information and do not hesitate to contact us with any question.
