Dear All,

In a few hours, we will have the first web conference of the Project AGORA (9am PST/6pm CET, Nov.16).  Please have a look at the discussion agenda before joining the meeting:

Attached is the EVO booking information (eve.caltech.edu).  We ask the participants to check if the program runs well ahead of time using the testing channel.  Participants may call in using the phone numbers below, or via Skype.  Please contact evosupport at vrvs.org if you run into problems.  

We will start the meeting at ~9:05am PST as soon as the participants settle in.  We expect the meeting to last for 1-1.5 hour.  If possible, we recommend you to:
- Group by the institutions.
- Use a wired connection.
- Use a headset or earphone to reduce any echo.
- If not using a headset, consider lowering your audio input volume so that your computer does not pick up its own output or ambient noise.
