Dear All,
This is to announce that the 2nd Web Conference for the AGORA Project will be held via SeeVogh on Apr. 26 (Fri, 9am PDT/6pm CEST). All the collaboration members are cordially invited, while the participants of the Flagship DM-only simulation and the contributors to the Flagship paper are highly encouraged to participate. You can find the SeeVogh booking information at the bottom of this message.
Linked below is the discussion agenda, which will be centered around the strategies forward of the Flagship run, and the writing of the Flagship paper.

A preliminary draft of the Flagship paper is also linked inside the document above. Please have a look at it, and send your comments, if any, to santacruzgalaxy at gmail.com. If you have not yet acquired an access to the Project Workspace, please also send an email to the same address. (We thank all the people who have contributed to the writing of this article. As noted in the first page, the author list of the paper is not final and at the moment *purely* alphabetical; the steering committee will later decide the authorship and its order as we agreed in the 1st web conference. Red colored comments are by the steering committee.)
--
Thank you for your attention, and we hope to see you all soon!
Sincerely,
Joel Primack and Piero Madau on behalf of the AGORA Steering Committee

SeeVogh is a multi-user video chat (research.seevogh.com), a successor of EVO. We recommend the participants to register ahead of time and see if the program runs well using the TEST channel. While participants may call in using the international numbers below, we strongly encourage you to connect via SeeVogh with a fast connection. In particular we have had poor experiences trying to connect via Skype, so it should be discouraged.
To launch SeeVogh, you may have to follow these directions on your web browser with the up-to-date java installation.
http://research.seevogh.com/check.html (contact srnsupport at seevogh.com if you run into problems)
You may then use your username and password from the EVO era (SeeVogh's predecessor) to start the SeeVogh meeting room. You can also create a new username at this step. The SeeVogh HiPACC community authorization key is: thistle2013. This key will be needed to select your community.

Anybody in the collaboration can make a reservation for an AGORA-related teleconference. For example, working group leaders are encouraged to use this feature. We gratefully acknowledge the financial support from the UC-HiPACC for SeeVogh subscription.
