Dear Colleagues,

Great thanks to many of you who have sent me your comments and feedback on the draft of the AGORA Flagship paper. This email is to remind you that your feedback is due tomorrow, Aug. 10 (PDT). We also thought it would be appropriate to note that a number of changes have been made to the texts and figures. Careful readers may notice that the final entries by the ART-II and Gadget3-AFS groups have been changed. Co-authors: please don't forget to send in your acknowledgement if you wish it to be included when the paper is submitted (very soon).

> Dear Colleagues,
>
> First of all, thank you as always for your contributions in the AGORA Project. As you all are aware, many of us have been writing the Flagship paper of the AGORA Project to introduce the project rationale, common ICs, common physics package, and common analysis toolkit. For this paper, we also have studied the the proof-of-concept DM-only cosmological simulations with 9 different variations of the participating codes. (While some preliminary results was shared on the Project Workspace, we have refrained from posting any figure or plot even on the Project Workspace since the major analysis effort started in the common analysis yt platform. This was primarily because we wanted to ensure that all code groups have a chance to independently verify the analysis results with their own tools before the internal circulation. This careful step was indeed useful and successful to get ourselves onboard with the composite figures/plots, and to build trust for yt and for each other, especially at this still early stage of an ambitious project like AGORA.)

> We thank the proof-of-concept test participants who have executed and analyzed the simulations, and provided feedback on the early version of the paper. We also thank the AGORA steering committee for carefully reviewing the manuscript. The current draft is up-to-date with their revisions. The collaboration members who have contributed to this process include: Abel, Gnedin, Hahn, Hobbs, Kim, Kuhlen, Leitner, Madau, Mayer, Nagamine, Pillepich, Primack, Read, Rudd, Shen, Teyssier, Thompson, Todoroki, Turk, and Wadsley.

> We now want to ask all collaboration members to review the draft.

> - Please have a look at the paper and send me any comment or feedback by Aug.10 (PDT). Sections 3, 5 and 6 may have changed the most since the last version you read in April. We note that a major change to the paper is less likely at this stage, and we will want to keep the length of each Section as is.
> - Please send your acknowledgements, and suggest co-authors if we missed any. I will try to keep the draft on the web as up-to-date as possible with your revisions.

> After the review process is completed the paper will be submitted to ApJS with a final approval by the steering committee. I am sorry that the process will need to be put on a fast pace as we try to make up for many logistical delays over the past few months. Please let me know if you have any question. Thank you very much for your insights in advance.
