REMOTE PARTICIPATION :
We are broadcasting Saturday and Sunday sessions via SeeVogh. We also have arranged remote meeting rooms for each of the 6 breakout working sessions. Attached below are the detailed booking information, and the start-up guide for first-time SeeVogh users.

If you are arriving on Friday only for the AGORA Workshop, your Friday lunch is covered by UC-HiPACC. We also thank the financial support of UC-HiPACC for breakfasts, lunches, and afternoon coffees on Saturday and Sunday. Parking in the Core West Parking Structure is free on weekends.

0. For First-time SeeVogh Users
SeeVogh is a multi-user video chat (research.seevogh.com), a successor of EVO. We recommend the participants to register ahead of time and see if the program runs well using the TEST channel. While participants may call in using the international numbers below, we strongly encourage you to connect via SeeVogh with a fast connection. In particular we have had poor experiences trying to connect via Skype, so it should be discouraged.
To launch SeeVogh, you may have to follow these directions on your web browser with the up-to-date java installation.

You may then use your username and password from the EVO era (SeeVogh's predecessor) to start the SeeVogh meeting room. You can also create a new username at this step. The SeeVogh HiPACC community authorization key is: thistle2013. This key will be needed to select your community.
