This email is to announce that the 4th Web Conference of the AGORA Project will be held on Dec. 13, 2013 (Fri, 9am PST/6pm CET), tentatively, via SeeVogh.  All Collaboration members are cordially invited, while the participants of Papers 2, 3 and 4 (see the link below; numbered tentatively) are highly encouraged to participate.  Please keep an eye on the collaborative document below for the discussion agenda / progress report which is to be constantly updated.
