[santacruzgalaxy-list] AGORA Grackle API

Folks,

I wrote a draft API for including a cooling library into any 
cosmological code. The code is available from the following public 
Mercurial repository:

https://gnedin@bitbucket.org/gnedin/agora_api

I only made a dummy implementation that does nothing, but if we all 
succeed in porting this API into all of our codes, it will, hopefully, 
be straightforward for the Grackle team to attach the actual working 
library as the API back end.

The public repository is read-only, so if you would like to modify the 
API right away (for example, adding a vector call, etc), just let me 
know, and I will add write permissions for you.

I suggest we set a reasonable deadline for the the interested parties to 
(1) converge on the API and (2) port the dummy version in all of the 
codes. If that is successful (or, rather, when we are done, since we 
should modify the API to make it workable for everyone), then we will 
all be able to use Grackle in the same way.
