Greetings,

I am very happy to announce the release of version 1.0 of the Grackle
chemistry and cooling library.
This is the first stable release of Grackle, which includes:

   - two options for primordial chemistry and cooling:
      1. non-equilibrium primordial chemistry network for atomic H, D, and
He as well as H2 and HD, including H2 formation on dust grains.
      2. tabulated H and He cooling rates calculated with the
      photo-ionization code, Cloudy.
   - tabulated metal cooling rates calculated with Cloudy.
   - photo-heating and photo-ionization from two UV backgrounds:
      1. Haardt & Madau (2012).
      2. Faucher-Giguere et al. (2009).

Just as before, the Grackle can be obtained from:

Version 1.0 documentation: http://grackle.readthedocs.org/en/grackle-1.0/
Development branch docs: http://grackle.readthedocs.org/en/latest/

Thanks to Nathan Goldbaum, Mike Kuhlen, and Matthew Turk for all their help
and hard work, and special thanks again to Nathan for his rigorous testing.

Best wishes,
Britton
