PROGRAM:
The Workshop program and other logistical information are available in the link below. As announced, this year’s Workshop will be primarily centered on working sessions of Paper “4” - Isolate Disk Comparison.

In addition, there will be an 1-hour collaboration-wide web conference on Sunday 9:30 am (PDT, Aug. 23). The proposed agenda includes updates from Paper Group “4” and the ratification of the AGORA SMBH model. Stay tuned for the entire telecon agenda in the page below.

PAPER GROUP “4” GOALS AND HOMEWORK:
There have been and will continue to be lots of activities related to Paper “4” days leading to and during the Workshop. For more information, check out their collaborative workspace.

During the Workshop, the Paper Group “4” aims to *produce a paper draft* that includes most of the figures and analysis we have planned. To achieve this goal, we ask the Paper Group “4” members to
- submit the “second” dataset ASAP before the Workshop (Grackle+SF+ThermalFbck), and
- be ready to write sections of the draft or pieces of common analysis routines, and
- be ready to discuss a future timeline to complete and submit the article.
Future correspondence regarding Paper “4" will be directed only to Paper Group “4” members, as it always has been. If you want to contribute to the Paper “4", this will be your last chance to talk with the Paper “4” leaders or the Project coordinator, Ji-hoon.

REMOTE PARTICIPATION:
Please join us in the Saturday and Sunday sessions via SeeVogh (including the 1-hour collaboration-wide web conference on Sunday). Booking information is attached. If you are participating in Paper “4”, we highly recommend you to join the working sessions remotely. Please have your headset handy to help reduce the echo. Meeting moderators may proactively mute a person who is sending audio yet not talking (you can unmute yourself anytime).

OTHER LOGISTICS:
We thank the financial support by UC-HiPACC for the meals and coffee breaks on the weekend (Aug. 22-23). Friday lunches for the AGORA-only participants are also covered by UC-HiPACC.
