Dear AGORA Colleagues,

We plan to hold a web conference to revive and push the effort towards AGORA Paper 2 - Cosmological DM-only Run of A ~1e11(12) Ms Halo at Higher Resolution. Any future message about this effort will be directed only to the poll respondents.  If you cannot make it to any of these dates but still definitely want to participate in the Paper, please let Ji-hoon know.

- AGORA Paper 2:  This paper is to extend the AGORA proof-of-concept test described in Section 5 of the Flagship Paper (adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2014ApJS..210...14K<http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2014ApJS..210...14K>).  Please take a look at Section 5.3.3 of the Flagship Paper, and the following collaborative doc to get basic ideas formulated for Paper 2: sites.google.com/site/projectagoraworkspace/collaborative-documents/proof-of-concept-higher-resolution<http://sites.google.com/site/projectagoraworkspace/collaborative-documents/proof-of-concept-higher-resolution>.

- Telecon Agenda:  While up for discussion, we aim to propose to form a small, close-knit team — more compact than the 9-code cohort in the Flagship Paper — to quickly maneuver ourselves towards the goal in the next couple of months.  We will clearly define and/or narrow the science objectives of the Paper, and come up with an achievable, near-term timeline.  We welcome enthusiastic participants who can dedicate manpower and computing resources during this period to run high-resolution (~100 pc) DM-only simulations, and compare the results.
