Dear AGORA Colleagues,

Thanks as always for your continuing interest and contributions to AGORA.  The Steering Committee held several meetings lately, and proposes to have an 1-hour Collaboration-wide telecon on Apr. 24 (Mon), 12:00pm PDT / 9:00pm CEST.  The eZuceSRN booking information is attached.  (Please note the unusual starting time; we will try this new slot to see if it helps those who had troubles with the old one.)

This telecon is to come up with the direction and future projects the Collaboration wants to focus.  In particular, we propose to discuss the ideas assembled in the following agenda:

ACTION ITEMS:

● Before the telecon:  *Please* take a close look at Sections 1 and 2 in the link above.  If you are interested in leading one of the science-oriented papers presented there in the next 1-2 years, please let me know (see Section 2-(2) for more information).  If you want to propose a new science project utilizing the AGORA platform and lead the paper in the next 1-2 years, please talk to us *before* the telecon (see Section 2-(3) for more information).

● During the telecon:  We plan to (1) choose 1-2 science topics to focus before and during the August Workshop, (2) reach consensus on membership and leadership for each topic, and (3) schedule smaller telecons for each topic to push the papers.
