Thank you very much for participating in the 6th AGORA Workshop next week (Aug. 11-13).

PROGRAM AND REMOTE PARTICIPATION:

The Workshop program is available in the link below.  As noted before, we will primarily focus on launching two science-oriented Papers, “CGM” and “Clumps”.

Even if you missed the Saturday working sessions, consider joining us for an 1-hour Collaboration-wide telecon on Sunday (9:30 am PDT, Aug. 13).  We will accordingly update our latest progress report / discussion agenda before the web conference.

FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE:

Future correspondences next week regarding the Workshop and Papers “CGM” and “Clumps” will be directed only to the registered Workshop participants (on-site/online) and relevant Paper Group members.  If you still want to be included in these communications, please let us know.

(BTW, if you are coming to the Workshop, but haven’t yet joined the Collaboration — thus cannot see the Google Doc above —, you are likely missing a lot of things.  Please let me know if this is the case for you.)

LOGISTICS FOR ON-SITE PARTICIPANTS:

On-site participants should have received a Bookitbee link to pay the registration fee by now.  We will provide the meals and coffee breaks on the weekend, including the Saturday dinner at Joel’s house.  Parking information including maps to the parking structure near the meeting venue can be found in the Workshop homepage.
