Dear AGORA Colleagues, 

Thank you very much for participating in the 7th AGORA Workshop next week (Aug. 10-11, 2018).

PROGRAM AND REMOTE PARTICIPATION:  

The Workshop agenda is available in the link below.  As noted before, on Saturday 11 we will have working sessions for Papers “CGM” and “Clumps, with a focused, smaller-than-usual group of people — those who actually are carrying out the 1e12 runs for the two Papers.

Future correspondence next week regarding the Workshop and Papers “CGM” and “Clumps” will be directed only to the registered on-site/online participants and the Paper Group members.  Registered online participants will receive a Hangout invite for the Saturday session.  If you want to be involved in the discussion but haven’t filled out the registration, please inform the Project Coordinator immediately (santacruzgalaxy at gmail.com).  The latest progress report below (and the meeting note linked therein) will be updated accordingly throughout the Workshop:

We in particular thank Santi Roca-Fabrega for his amazing work for the past weeks leading a task force to expedite the two Papers!

LOGISTICS FOR ON-SITE PARTICIPANTS:

We will provide meals and coffee breaks on Saturday 11, including the dinner at Joel’s house.  Parking information including maps to the parking structure near the meeting venue can be found in the Workshop homepage.  Travel- or reimbursement-related questions should be directed to Brendan Wells (brkwells at ucsc.edu).
