Dear AGORA participants,
Thank you very much as always for your participation in AGORA. We are writing this email to schedule the next Collaboration-wide telecon, and to collect your thoughts on next year’s mini-workshop.

● Over the past few weeks/months, the lead authors of the following AGORA papers have been working hard to get the papers to the finish line. There also have been lots of other actions. Here are the updates:
- Paper IV (“CosmoRun2”): alpha release to commence in just a few days
- Paper V (“Satellites”): revised and resubmitted on Nov. 30
- Paper VI (“CGM”): revised and resubmitted on Nov. 29
- As soon as Paper IV is submitted, we will post all three papers to the arXiv, as discussed in our last meeting
- Participants of Papers “Mergers” and “Satellite Quenching” held multiple small-group telecons — led by Santi, Kirk, Minyong, Ramon, Thinh — to build the framework, etc.
● In order to discuss all of the above and the ongoing/future projects for AGORA, we propose to have a Collaboration-wide telecon in early December. Please mark your preference in the Doodle poll below, by Dec. 4 (Mon). We’ll announce the date shortly after.

● Regarding the potential AGORA mini-workshop in Asia in Spring 2024 (which we discussed in August), we've been able to secure a small amount of funding. It would be really great if you could fill out the following non-binding survey by Dec. 13 (Wed) so we know who's interested in attending and how many. Please click on the link below to see the rationale for the mini-workshop, proposed dates, etc. If you also have students/postdocs who might attend this mini-workshop, please leave their names and contact information in there, too.
