Dear AGORA Colleagues,
As we await the 12th annual AGORA Workshop on Aug. 8, Kentaro Nagamine kindly proposed yesterday at the annual Santa Cruz Galaxy Workshop to host “AGORA+Galaxy Workshop” in May 2025 at Osaka University, Osaka, Japan.
This workshop is being envisioned as another AGORA mini-workshop in spring to give even more momentum to the ongoing efforts (Papers VII-IX: "Mergers", "Satellite Quenching”, “Disk Morphology”, and “High-z Runs”, etc.), possibly coupled with a component of “Galaxy Workshop in Asia” (e.g., talks and discussions on galaxy formation, etc).
If you are interested in attending this meeting, please visit the following link and vote for your preferred dates — to help Ken to gauge interest and preference before booking the venue. At the moment this is simply a pre-registration, and the official registration will open at a later date.

Please contact Ken (kn at astro-osaka.jp <mailto:kn at astro-osaka.jp>) or the Project coordinator (santacruzgalaxy at gmail.com <mailto:santacruzgalaxy at gmail.com>) if you have any questions about the workshop, and stay tuned for future announcements. Please also feel free to forward this message to anyone who might be interested, especially those who wish to perform science-oriented simulation comparisons.
Thank you very much!
Sincerely,
Ken, Santi, Ji-hoon, and Joel
