Dear Project Participants,

We now move to the third and final round of the vote for the Project name.  This is after the second round in which once again no entry was successful to secure the majority of the votes; see the attached result.

(The winner will be decided by the majority of the participating voters.  This time, if the vote is a tie, the SOC will select one of the two.  The poll closes at 23:59 PDT, Oct. 5.)
