Dear AGORA Project Participants,
As we approach the major milestones such as the 2nd AGORA Workshop next month and the release of the Flagship paper soon, we first thank you for all your contributions to the AGORA High-resolution Galaxy Simulations Comparison Project.
The AGORA Steering Committee wants to remind you of the policy regarding the disclosure of the simulation results of the AGORA Collaboration. We emphasize that no preliminary result may leave the Collaboration until it is fully established as final and releasable to the public by the appropriate Working Group leader and by the members of the Steering Committee. Any results shared in the Collaboration -- explicitly or implicitly -- on the Project Workspace, by emails, or by any other means shall not be leaked beyond the confines of the Collaboration, nor be used to wittingly or unwittingly distribute incomplete or misleading information about the simulation results.
Maintaining the highest degree of integrity of the project is one of the keys to success, especially for a large and ambitious endeavor like the AGORA Project. We ask all of you to refrain from sharing any preliminary results outside the Collaboration or spreading rumors about them before publication.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Sincerely,
The AGORA Steering Committee
Abel, Gnedin, Madau, Mayer, Primack, Teyssier, and Wadsley
