Great thanks to you for coming to the Paper 4 web conference yesterday.  We updated the progress report/discussion page below based on our discussion result.  Please make sure to go through the consensus made in red color, including the requirements for first and second datasets to submit.  In addition, a link to Oscar's one-zone cooling test slide is added as one possible Grackle benchmark (the set-up and t-T plot).
