[BDC-2010] more info on branding and logo seminar this tuesday

As a reminder, tuesday night's business design course is featuring guest
lecturer, Ed Penniman. He has been doing logo design and branding
development since the 60s. He has degrees from Chouinard Art School of
California Institute of The Arts, Bachelor of Fine Arts/ Advertising Design.
Post graduate work at UCLA and UCSC.

He will be lecturing for about 30-45 minutes, followed by a review of team
branding materials.

National Semiconductor Corporation: Headed the graphics department and
managed the corporate brand identity and projects for the major divisions.
Scope of work entailed tracking the progress of over 450 active projects in
various stages of completion. The graphics budget exceeded four million
dollars.
Prior independent consulting: Weyerhauser, Castle and Cooke, Plantronics,
Del Monte, Measurex, Bargetto Winery, J.C. Paper Company, Bank of America
subsidiaries, Breuners Furniture, Bell Savings and Loan Association, and
some other smaller entities.
Packaging design: wine labels for Lejon Brandy, Inglenook and Italian Swiss
